Elfie’s Organic Produce proudly offers affordable shared agriculture subscriptions in Davis, Salt Lake and Summit Counties. We strive to bring farm-fresh, 100% organic produce to you and your family. Our produce is delivered within one day of harvest every week for the duration of the 20 week season. We offer locally grown, organic produce for as little as $12 a week for a family of two! We will be offering subscriptions until May 10th this year. Space is limited so we must work on a first-come first-serve basis.

What is Community Supported Agriculture?

Community Supported Agriculture or CSA is a model of food production, sales, and distribution in which there is a direct link between the small farm and local community members who consume the goods from the farm. The financial risks involved for the farmers are reduced, which enables farmers to increase the quality of food and care given to the land which benefits the whole community.

What kinds of produce can I expect each week ?

We have a huge variety of produce for our shareholders. Weekly varieties will vary throughout the season, but will include: 12 kinds of Heirloom Tomatoes, Several types of Peppers, Bush Beans, Strawberries, Eggplant, Peas, Potatoes, Carrots, Radish, Gourmet Salad Greens, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Kale, Swiss Chard, Spinach, Zucchini, Summer Squash, Parsnips, Cucumbers,  Onions (Green & Bulb) Romaine Lettuce, Beets (Golden & Red) Leeks, Basil, Oregano, Rosemary, Chives, Cantaloupe & many more.

A full (Bushel) Share will feed a family of four and include 6-8 lbs. of fresh organic veggies each week.

A half (Peck) Share will feed two people and include 3-4 lbs. of fresh organic veggies each week.

Each shareholder will also receive two recipes each week that feature fun and delicious ways to enjoy the vegetables from their share.
